Festival of Romance 2013 has lots on offer for writers of all types of romantic fiction -- from historicals to erotic romance; from contemporary stories to science fiction romances. From expertly led creative writing workshops to the chance to pitch your novel to publishers and literary agents, and even a Romantic Fiction Conference to catch up on the latest news and writing opportunities, it is an unmissable weekend to help you develop as a writer.

Pitch your unpublished novel to our panel of publishers for live feedback. Tickets: £5
12.45pm to 3.45pm IRRESISTABLE HEROES WORKSHOP Central Library
Learn to write heroes that readers will fall in love with. Led by authors Sue Moorcroft and Christina Courtenay. Tickets: £20. Limited places.

Pitch your novel in progress to a expert panel of publishers, or simply come to learn from the feedback given to other writers. If you want your work to be considered by the panel, please bring a 500 word synopsis of your novel, and a 300 words from the opening chapter. Participants will be selected by ballot on the day.
