Piatkus Entice, pioneers of romance digital publishing and the online home of such internationally famous authors as Sherrilyn Kenyon, Eloisa James and Christine Feehan, have teamed up with the Festival of Romance, Radio Gorgeous and Cornishware to offer a fantastic opportunity!
Aspiring authors have the chance to win an ebook publishing contract with Piatkus Entice. The winning author will receive intensive editorial guidance, publicity and marketing support and a contract with Piatkus Entice, one of the UK's top publishers, for the publication of the novel as an ebook.
Last year's winners Celia J Anderson and Terri Nixon will have their novels published in the summer of 2013 and you can meet both at the Festival of Romance this year. As well bite your nails on the evening of Saturday 9th November when the winner is announced at the Festival Ball.
Just email the first two chapters of your novel and a short, enticing synopsis of no more than 100 words to [email protected] before the closing date of 2nd September. Your submission can be any genre of romance writing but please attach as a Word doucment with the subject line "Piatkus Entice competition". All submissions will be read and considered by the Entice team who, after copious cups of fortifying tea, will compile a shortlist of their favourite three.

On 1st October the Entice team will post their favourite three entries on the Piatkus Entice website where readers will be asked to vote for their favourite! The two authors who receive the most votes will be asked to send in a third chapter by 21st October. The final decision will be taken by the Entice team and the winner announced at the Festival of Romance Ball on Saturday 9th November.
